The Tourist Information Center is located off Interstate 26 at Exit 32 and provides visitors with welcoming amenities. Available 24/7 are public parking facilities, ADA accessible family restrooms, a dog waste station, trash bins, and cigarette butt receptacle. The Doug Hopson Buffalo Pavilion is located on site for visitors to spread out for lunch or to take a break. The Pavilion can be reserved for events!
The Historic Clinchfield Caboose CRR 1111, also known as the "Four Aces" and the "Old Eleven-Eleven," is open for viewing during normal business hours.
Inside facilities are open M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and includes a restroom, brochures, maps, and area information. The Tansai Art Gallery located inside the Visitor Center is open Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Buffalo Conference Center hosts Town Meetings and can also be rented for events.
Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
