Created, operated and ran by a husband and wife team established in 2008. Frank and Lori moved to Trenton, Tennessee from California in 2007. Lori has some old roots here in Tennessee, her Mother, Shirley Parr and Father, Donald Ray, raised their family in Tennessee in the 1960s and 70s. Frank owned and operated many restaurant businesses in California. The two create a hard working, energetic dynamic team that keep the shop fun, warm and inviting, not to mention the delicious hand crafted lunch sandwiches, yummy coffee drinks and smoothies, and a variety of desserts.
