A neighborhood-oriented restaurant in historic Germantown, Rolf and Daughters is described as industrial-chic ambiance, located in the 100-year-old Werthan Factory Building. Rolf and Daughters offers clever Southern dishes, with Northern Italian and Mediterranean influences, communal tables and creative cocktails.
Reservations are recommended, however the bar and communal tables are open for walk-in guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. All dough, noodles, sauces are made in house with locally grown ingredients.
