Home to a daily Farmers Market with local farmers and farm-fresh produce and plant sellers; an interior Market House with unique restaurants and specialty shops; and a weekend Flea Market with independent entrepreneurs selling new and used items. The Market's special events feature fun and food.
The market is divided into three distinct areas-- each support locally owned and operated businesses. The South Farm Sheds contain two large covered sheds and a middle market area home to many different farmers, artisans, and merchants; year round you will find ranchers, bakers, prepared foods, soaps, milk, cheese, and so much more. During the growing season from May to November, you will find farm fresh produce. However, year-round you can buy produce, honey, jams, canned goods, and more from the local businesses and farmers. The Market House includes 15 restaurants and shops that provide: fresh seafood and local meats 7 days a week at Wild & Local, gourmet pizza by Bella Nashville, traditional chinese cuisine by Green Asia, El Burrito's mexican dishes, Butter Cake Babe's Coffee Café, an International Market, Guy Fierie's fav-- Jamicaway, southern comfort with B & C Market BBQ, and so many more different varieties of food. NFM's Grow Local Kitchen inside the Market House gives culinary classes throughout the year, opportunities for "pop-up" restaurants or to rent the kitchen for food production.
The Flea Market is open Friday-Sunday only and is home to around 50 merchants selling everything from handmade pottery to home goods and clothing.
