Fort Negley Park holds the ruins of historic Fort Negley and explores Middle Tennessee's Civil War history. In addition located at the entrance to the park is the Fort Negley Visitors Center which is a resource for understanding Union occupied Nashville as well as learning about natural and geologic history with a milkweed garden and fossil collection area.
