For almost 25 years, the Buckman Performing and Fine Arts Center at St. Mary’s School has inspired the Memphis arts scene through creative programming that features a rich roster of renowned artists, dancers and musicians. Buckman audiences have come to expect variety and fun, while reveling in the daring and provocative offerings they find on The Rose Theater stage.
The mission of the Buckman Arts Center at St. Mary’s School is to offer the highest quality performing and visual arts to the Mid-South and serve as a community resource for arts education. To that end, Buckman keeps ticket prices, rental and tuition accessible to the greater community and works to eliminate barriers to participation.
