Paul Murray has been documenting the stories, history, and lives of Appalachian Mountain folk all of his life. Actually full time since age 13. His art has been the highlight of documentaries, national magazines, over 200 galleries and awarded in top USA art exhibits and museums. Stop by the gallery learn stories and see the faces that abound of spirit and character. He is now trying to share some of what he experiences with his friendships with his Smoky Mountain friends. He is highlighting and lifting up the last generation of master craftsman of the mountains before they are all gone. His life long friendships have granted him special vision and access to the most wonderful & wise folks of these mountains. He is now offering exclusive free heritage tours led by the folks that grew up in these homes, free workshops with these crafters that includes stories of the olden days, free workshops with Tennessee's best musicians that stay onsite for nightly entertainment and stories about the music and people of the land. Paul Murray is offering free workshops for the first time ever. With an onsite chef and a local guest country cook and a fireside party with moonshine tasting.
