Established in 2004, The company Lasaters Corporation, was formed in February 2004 by Mat Lasater. Lasaters opened its first Lasaters Coffee & Tea location on Mother's Day, May 10, 2004 on Riverside Drive in Clarksville, TN and began franchising the Lasaters Coffee & Tea brand mid-2006.
