The Chattanooga Airport offers many of the amenities found in larger airports with the convenience and hospitality of a smaller airport. The information booth is located on the first floor of the airport rotunda before the baggage claim area. The info booth is staffed with airport volunteers Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community brochures to attractions throughout the city are available, as well as maps and driving directions. If you have a question regarding the airport or community, stop by and the attendant will be happy to assist you. The Chattanooga Airport is open 24 hours a day though the terminal operates from 4:30 a.m. – 12 a.m. (or the last flight of the day), seven days a week. Operating hours for individual airline ticket counters vary depending on their flight schedules. Please contact your airline for their respective hours of operation.
The Chattanooga Airport goes to great lengths to ensure that each and every one of our customers gets the service they need to create a pleasurable experience. That's why we offer special services for children, elderly or disabled travelers. Airport volunteers and airline agents provide wheelchair service for the elderly, ill, pregnant or others who require it. TDD terminals are located at the phone board near baggage claim.
