Founded in 1991, the Tennessee Wind Symphony (TWS) delivers thrilling year-round concerts across Tennessee and beyond, including performances at Carnegie Hall, Washington, DC, and London. Awarded the prestigious Sudler Silver Scroll, TWS is dedicated to outstanding symphonic band music. With a diverse group of musicians from across Tennessee, TWS rehearses weekly in Knoxvillle. As a proud member of the Association of Concerts Bands and the Arts & Culture Alliance, TWS had been artist-in-residence at the Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus since 2021, sharing music with all. This spring concert will benefit Knox Area Rescue MInistries, supporting their vital work in the community.
