Trails & Trilliums is a weekend-long celebration of nature, hosted by the Friends of South Cumberland State Parks. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Beersheba Springs, Tennessee, this beloved annual event offers a full slate of guided hikes, expert-led workshops, and engaging presentations—all designed to showcase the incredible biodiversity of Tennessee’s South Cumberland 3 State Parks, Savage Gulf, South Cumberland, and Head Of The Crow.
Highlights of the weekend include a Friday night Hootenanny & Cookout, where music and good company set the stage for an unforgettable experience. On Saturday evening, Wine & Wildflowers invites guests to enjoy happy hour, dinner, and a reception at the Big Red Barn.
With over 50 naturalists leading excursions through Savage Gulf, Stone Door, Greeter Falls, and Collins Gulf, visitors will explore some of Tennessee’s most stunning landscapes, from dramatic overlooks to cascading waterfalls and springtime wildflower displays. A native plant sale on Saturday is a favorite stop for nature lovers looking to bring a piece of the wilderness home.
