You’re not likely to run out of fun things to do at Dollywood’s Splash Country Water Adventure Park in Pigeon Forge. The park has 35 acres of attractions, including a 1,500-foot lazy river, the state’s tallest twin speed slides, several water slides, a 25,000-square-foot wave pool and an 8,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool. Dollywood’s Splash Country also lays claim to RiverRush®, the first and only water coaster in Tennessee, and SwiftWater Run, which is a thrill ride that takes participants through a corkscrew tunnel.
Slide into summer fun full speed ahead at the outdoor water park, Wetlands Water Park in Jonesborough. The outdoor water attraction has a variety of exciting water slides, including an 80-foot enclosed fiberglass flume, a 100-foot open fiberglass flume and a 200-foot giant fiberglass flume. The park also has a children’s otter slide, a lazy river, a zero-depth wading area and a sand volleyball court.

Enjoy the beach at Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort in Hermitage, located on Percy Priest Lake. In addition to relaxing on the shore, visitors can enjoy a large wave pool, eight water slides and a lazy river. Beat the heat at the 100,000-square foot Kroc Center's indoor water attraction in Memphis, home to an indoor swimming pool with a 4,655-square-foot leisure pool comprising five aquatic zones along with a lazy river, a two-story water slide and a family whirlpool. There’s also a lily pad with large, floatable play elements for kids, plus an interactive outdoor splash pad that’s open during warm-weather months.
The Water Play Sprayground water attraction at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis is 4,000 square feet of water fun, a perfect place for kids 12 and under to stay cool in the middle of summer. A water tunnel, interactive spray jets, water pumps and geyser boulders are just some of the fun features at the splash pad.
