In 1946, Charlie Gordon and Sam Harding started a bottling company (now called Tri-City Beverage) in Johnson City and, in 1951, introduced what would become their signature drink, Dr. Enuf. The company was also the first franchise bottler of Mountain Dew. Tours by advance reservation.
