The ground floor of the hotel was renovated in 2007 and today specializes in hosting wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, private parties and more. Chais Music Hall is a state-of-the-art music and entertainment venue that features live music and dancing. The Strolling Jim restaurant is currently open every Saturday serving world-class BBQ. The hotel is open to the public as a Haunted Attraction starting late September and ending Halloween night - October 31st.
