The Old Copper Road Historic Trail

City: Ducktown, TN

Constructed in 1878 by Cherokee laborers, the road was built for the transportation of copper ore. The trail begins and ends at Ocoee Whitewater Center.

30 mi. east of Cleveland and 6 mi. west of Ducktown, TN on US Hwy 64 at Ocoee Whitewater Center.
