It's 100% styrofoam-free, using biodegradable to-go containers, recycled products; local foods; energy efficient. The sophisticated menu changes seasonally, according to what is available from local farms, with the exception of the beef short ribs. Other specialties include farm-raised trout and vegetables so fresh they were in the field that morning.
