Our retreat center is located on 300 acres next to the Cherokee National Forest in Ocoee, TN. We are a non-denominational organization specializing in retreats for large groups. Our goal is to provide each group with a great retreat experience. We have nine lodges and seven bunkhouses that sleep anywhere from 14 to 92 people. We also have two pavilions that seat 350 and 450 people. Our dining hall can accommodate groups of all sizes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer the following activities: Paintball - Nothing beats a paintball match for an adrenaline rush and friendly competition. We provide masks, CO2, paint and Tippman 98 semi-automatic paintball guns. Matches take place on a three-acre competition site situated on excellent terrain enhanced with defensive fortifications. Waterpark - Our on-site waterpark is complete with a relaxing lazy river, splashy wave pool, a specially-designed, 35′ high water-spraying rock climbing wall and twin 193′ long water slides. The water park is the perfect way to cool off as a group. Lake & Blob - Spend a day at your own private lake. Enjoy swimming, canoeing and playing under the watchful eyes of Ocoee Retreat Center lifeguards, and enjoy one of our most popular activities: the blob. This giant inflatable bag allows campers to launch each other into the lake by jumping off a platform onto the opposite end of the blob. A brand new "plunge" slide is another great addition to the activities at our crazy lake. Adventure Race - Mud, mud mud! Groups race through a multi-stage course including a blindfolded swamp race, a paintball target competition, a team mud pit race and a "get wet!" raft race. This is a great way to break the ice and start developing team work with friendly competition. High Ropes Challenge Course - We offer a 50′ climbing wall, a 1000′, two-person zipline, and a giant swing that drops 40′ before swinging 80′ in the air. Test your limits in the sky with these adrenaline packed activities. Low Ropes Challenge Course - Come together as a group to conquer the low ropes challenge course. This fun and challenging activity targets problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills while challenging the group to help each other through obstacles and rope challenges. Rafting - The Ocoee River, America's most popular whitewater run, is just down the highway from us! Nantahala Outdoor Center, rated "One of the Best Outfitters on Earth" by National Geographic Adventure, has its outpost right beside our property. Guests aged 12 and up can embark on a whitewater rafting trip directly from our campus. NOC's pricing for our groups is extremely competitive.
