Mountain Vista Getaways manages the Big Bear Lodge and Resort, and independantly owned private mountain cabins located through the Smoky Mountain area. Mountain Vista Getaways has properties ranging in size from one bedroom cabins perfect for romantic getaways, to five bedroom cabins that are great for family reunions.
From I-40, take exit 407 onto Highway 66. Continue on Highway 66 into Sevierville, where Highway 66 merges with Highway 441 South into Pigeon Forge. Once in Pigeon Forge, make a right at traffic light number 3 (Wears Valley Road). Continue approximately 1/2 mile and make a left onto Valley Heights Drive. Travel on Valley Heights Drive and make the first left turn into the Big Bear Lodge and Resort parking lot (immediately follwing the waterfall with a stone bear). The registration building will be located on the left hand side in the building attached to the swimming pool.
