Loudon Mercantile is a charming shop located next to Mark's Downtown Diner. It appeals to both men and women because it's fashioned after an old general store with the barrels of candy, apple butter, jams, jellies, beef jerky - all from Ohio's Amish Country. We also have an old-time delivery wagon filled with delicious Coblentz Chocolates also made in Ohio's Amish Country. Our store is filled to the brim with home decor and unique items, such as handmade furniture, hickory and oak rockers and gliders, personalized pottery, many varieties of candles - one of our most popular items are the wood signs with sayings - some inspirational, some comical. We have many great gift items. We haven't left out the kids - there's a section with educational toys, old-time toys, and stuffed animals. We're open Mon. - Sat. 10 to 5.
