This little shop is not only stocked with amazing yarn and fiber selections, it is also stocked with stories. Almost every item sold in their shop has a story behind it - a story of hope, freedom and entrepreneurship.
Take for example yarn supplier, Mango Moon. This company supports the Nepali Women's Empowerment Group (NWEG), which is a non-governmental orginization (NGO) providing shelter, healthcare, and education to women and their families in Nepal and Indonesia.
The shop also carries items from interesting small businesses across the globe like hand dye fleece, from a couple in Vermont or a business called Frabjous Fibers, which makes recycled silk yarn that also supports free trade.
For those interested in crochet and knitting, we have classes available.
