Originally used by the City of Brentwood as a wastewater treatment plant, the Deerwood Arboretum is located on a 27-acre site that borders the Little Harpeth River. There are over 60 tree species located along paved and unpaved walking trails. A pamphlet is available on site for arboretum users wanting to take a self-guided tour.
