Directions: From the West:
40 E to exit 407: Winfield Dunn Parkway (Highway 66), turn right at end of exit ramp and follow for 8.5 miles. Continue onto Forks of the River Parkway (US -441 Scenic South) for 4.6 miles. At traffic light #3 in Pigeon Forge turn right onto Wears Valley Road. Follow for 8 miles, after seven miles look for Robeson Road on your left, shortly thereafter you will see a sign on your left that says "Bubbas" once you see this sign be prepared to turn left into the resort. Our entrance is immediately after this sign.
Should you miss this entrance, turn left on Mattox Cemetery Road and turn left into our back entrance.

From the West Alternate Route:
**This route does have a switch-back. All types of RV's have and do successfully navigate it. It depends on your comfort level. 40E to exit 376 to merge onto 140 East, follow for 11.2 miles to exit 11A merging onto US-129 S/Alcoa Hwy. Follow for 6.5 miles where you will continue left on to US-321 N following for 19.2 miles. At light turn left to continue on US-321/Wears Valley Road. Follow for 6.5 miles. Look for Mattox Cemetery road on your right, once you see this road shortly after it is our entrance on your right.

From the East:
