Cities also offers festive balloon bouquets, artisan greeting cards, chocolates and a variety of locally roasted Vienna Coffees.
To add a personalized touch to your special event, Cities can design custom flags to embellish your cupcakes. These special cupcake garnishes require advance ordering.
Place your orders 48 hours in advance and Cities will have everything ready for pickup or courier delivery in downtown/west Knoxville. Please call the store for details.
