This small community was named after Chapel Hill, North Carolina by its settlers. It has approximately 1,000 residents and a legendary ghost story Â— that of a railroad signal man killed on the job long ago. Locals say he still haunts the tracks, and that you can see the beam of his lantern on dark nights.
