Burt-Cobb Community Center

The center is the former site of two elementary schools named for prominent Clarksville natives. Dr. Robert Burt, a graduate of Meharry Medical College, was a noted African-American surgeon. Mr. Bailey Cobb was an outstanding educator. The schools were raised and the community center built in its place.
