From I-40 at Jackson, TN. go NORTH at Exit 80 (Hwy 45)
Go north 6 miles and take right fork (Hwy 45E to MILAN).
Go 13.5 miles to Milan. From the RR tracks in Milan
Go 8.4 miles and turn right onto Old Hwy 45 E. (All 4 lane from Jackson until then).
Go 1.6 miles to Bradford Serendipity B&B Inn on your left. (Yellow sign).
