The nationally recognized 4 Bridges Arts Festival welcomes anyone who enjoys a wide array of original, unique fine art and fine craft, excellent food, kids' art activities and live music -- all in the free setting of First Tennessee Pavilion in downtown Chattanooga. This event takes place on April 21 & 22 and is produced by the Association for Visual Arts (AVA) and Chattanooga Downtown Partnership.
