The mission of the Arts & Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville is to serve and support a diverse community of artists, arts organizations, and cultural institutions. The Arts & Culture Alliance provides leadership and advocacy that establishes and maintains the success of the arts and cultural environment of greater Knoxville, as well as provides for a strong climate for cultural and economic interaction between the arts and the community as a whole.

ACA is housed in the Emporium Center, the hub of the arts district on the 100 Block of Gay Street in downtown Knoxville, which is also home to artist studios, cultural office spaces, and multiple galleries.
