Yes, there really is an Archer. Around here, he really is the chief cook and bottlewasher. Having grown up, literally, on Memphis barbecue, you could also say great BBQ is in this guy's blood. What's more, the slow-smokin' way Archer's does BBQ will likely get under your skin, too. What's on the menu for lunch and dinner? Only the most lip-smacking-good, wood-smoked, Memphis-style meats, including baby back ribs; beef brisket; whole wings and chicken; pulled pork and chicken. But, wait, we haven't talk about the killer sides! Just imagine pairing your pick with the likes of in-house, scratch-made fried okra, hushpuppies, sweet potato chips, southern greens, baked potato salad or fresh-cut golden fries. Better yet, you can have your BBQ as a make-your-own combo, atop a fresh salad, in a sandwich on fresh-baked bread, or as a plate big enough to feed an army. Don't overdo, because homemade banana pudding, fudge pie and pecan pie are way too outrageous to pass up.
