The Grill at Highlands Row is a locally owned and operated steak and seafood restaurant featuring sophisticated Southern cuisine. Located in the Sequoyal Hills-Bearden area, the Grill is open from 5-10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The unique menu reflects the restaurant's commitment to the Knoxville and East Tennessee area. The Grill's steak options include locally raised, all natural grass-fed beef from Laurel Creek Farms, as well as prime cuts and our Butcher Block selections. The bread is made by Knoxville-based Hogan's Bakery, cheeses are from Sweetwater Valley, and the Elk Burger is made from elk raised in Morgan County. In addition, the Gril offers a wide variety of diverse seafood options including shrimp and grits, a traditional high country seafood boil, and Carolina red trout. In keeping with the original restaurant's speakeasy tradition, we offer a wide variety of wines, draft and bottled beer and full bar service. A playful and unique selection of specialty drinks are reminiscent of the Grill's early days. From the Moonshine Mojito to the Thunder Roadster, a grown-up take on vanilla Coke, the specialty drink menu, like the rest of the restaurant is anything but ordinary. Private dining at the Grill is available with seating for up to 30 guests. The Grill's private dining room is the perfect place to host your next business meeting, social get together or special event. The Grill chefs work to develop a customized special event menu or guests may order directly from the Grill's extensive menu.
