In the early 60's we visited the Great Smoky Mountains with our two daughters, ages 5 and 9. After a few days in Gatlinburg we drove to Cherokee to attend the drama "Unto These Hills." The girls, of course, were not old enough to appreciate the message of this story, but the power of the drama was imbedded in my memory for all these years. It was an excellent production, staged beautifully and the cast was superb. Those two girls are grown now with families of their own and I have always wished we could return as a family to attend "Unto These Hills" again.
