Visitation Numbers Up
The Nashville CVB just reported the city is having its best tourism year in history. Tax collections are up 24 percent over 2011. Sevier County reported a 10.5 percent increase in hotel room sales, January – July, year over year. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is up 8.8 percent, over half a million visits YTD over last year.
