Two Buildings at University of Tennessee Added to Historic Registry

Two historic buildings located on the University of Tennessee campus are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Ayres Hall, a four-story, brick and limestone building that was completed in 1921, and Tyson House, a three-story brick building and current home to the development and alumni affairs offices. Tyson House was originally built in 1895 as a home for Knoxville businessman James Meek.
