The Liberty Bowl in Memphis has quite a history. Situated there since 1965, the Bowl plays to cheering crowds, establishing itself as one of the oldest non-Bowl Championship Series bowls.
The stadium, built by citizens of Memphis, is a memorial to the veterans of World War I, World War II and the Korean War.
The game is nationally televised, carried on radio in the US and internationally.
