GUEST ARTIST. Soloist Wesley Baldwin, member of the cello faculty at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, will join us for the U.S. premiere of the "Rainbow Concerto" by Dutch avant pop composer Jacob Ter Veldhuis, or JacobTV.
