5th Annual TOUR DE NASH with Eddie George and Bridgestone Americas

More than 1,200 walkers and cyclists are expected for the 4th annual The Tour de Nash, a non-competitive walk and ride for health featuring Eddie George and Bridgestone Americas. Showcasing numerous opportunities to enjoy Nashville’s sidewalks, bikeways and greenways, the Tour de Nash invites participants to improve or maintain their health with:

• a 2- and 4-mile walking tour of downtown for families and walkers of all abilities;
• a 6-mile and 12-mile family bicycle ride for all ages and abilities.
• a 31- or 62-mile fee-based bike tour for more experienced cyclists throughout Nashville.
• The event will also offer a Wellness fair with health screenings including those for Body Mass Index, cholesterol and blood pressure.
Admission charge for long bike events of 25, 50 and 67 miles only; all other walks and rides are free.
