It’s a fun Fall Celebration down on the farm Sept 7th & 8th Saturday Activities Free outdoor events 10am Meet at the Milky Way Farm Manor House to hike to the stone trophy room, the stone bridge, and along the scenic Richland Creek to the Historic Show Barn of Milky Way Farm. Stories of the farm in its glory days will be told along the way. 10am-until they are gone – purchase delicious cinnamon rolls,homemade jams and jellies, farm fresh eggs, and handmade items outside the Manor House. Noon-Cold drinks, BBQ sandwiches, chips, and brownies will be available for purchase. Noon- Hayrides will run every forty-five minutes from the Manor House to the Chanderlier Barn, by the oldest Black Oak Tree in Tennessee, to the scenic overlook. Relax at our picnic tables and enjoy the magnolia trees or pet our sweet little pony, one of the newest additions at Milky Way Farm. Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm The Manor House will be open for $5 Tours of the Chocolate estate, 1930 homeplace of candy legend Frank Mars. Our first 50 Manor House tour guests each day enjoy a complimentary fresh fruit cobbler with ice cream. Listen to stories of the history of the farm, relax at the 40 seat table, and explore the 20 bedroom residence. Allow time to stroll the grounds and enjoy the 1100 acre estate. Feel like riding your horse on the trails of Milky Way Farm? It’s a bring a friend free Celebration Weekend! We are so thankful for Milky Way Farm so this weekend its only $10 for a day of riding and exploring the farm for you and 1 guest. Trailer parking at the base of the Manor Driveway. Bring your Negative Coggins, and sign a waiver and place it and your $10 fee in the box. Head toward the main house first to learn your way around. Water is available at the Chandelier Barn.
