Milky Way Farm Derby Day Horse Race Celebration

An old fashioned celebration of horses and music down on the farm. Gates open at noon. Races begin at 1pm. Tennessee Walking Horses, Tennessee Walker All Out Run, Open Race, Mule Race, Sweetheart Ladies Race, and Championships in each category. Bring a lawn chair & quilt to relax and watch the races. Enjoy Route 55 Southern BBQ ribs & sandwiches w all the fixins, homemade to order kettle corn, fried pies and sweet treats. Relax and listen to The Carl Johnson Blue Grass Band.
Sunday 1 pm- 5pm
$5 for adults, $3 under 10.
Free parking or tail gate center ring for $25
The 1100 Milky Way Farm Plantation is just one hour from Nashville or Huntsville on US 31 between Columbia and Pulaski.
