Special Book Signing Set as Part of Tennessee's Inaugural Sesquicentennial Event

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War, Tennessee's Sesquicentennial Commission announces the state's Inaugural Sesquicentennial Signature Event Nov. 12 and 13. A book signing will take place on Nov. 13 featuring notable authors including Sam Davis Elliott, author of "Isham G. Harris of Tennessee: Confederate Governor and United States Senator" and Robert Hicks, author of New York Times best seller "Widow of the South."

WHAT: Book signing by Drs. Paul Bergeron, Carroll Van West, Tim Johnson and Bobby Lovett in addition to Robert Hicks and Sam Davis Elliott.

WHEN: 12:30 - 1:30, Sat. Nov 13

WHERE: War Memorial Building auditorium
